Military Combat Squad Leader and Intel Ship
Better than a Destroyer but not as good as a Battleship. Cruisers are more likely to survive a battle due to their high proportion of defense - this makes them effective at minimizing the overall losses in your fleets (due to CV calculations).
A Cruiser costs 8x that of a Destroyer and its Combat Value is also equal to 8x that of a Destroyer.
Notes
- A Mathematics level of minimum 15 is required before you are able to build Cruisers.
- You can only have a maximum of 5 fleets in transit at any given time.
