Only a strong culture can keep your interstellar society together. In general, the maximum number of planets you can own is equal to your level of culture.
The table shows the points needed to reach each new level of culture.
The amount of culture points per hour can be increased through Artifacts, Trade Agreements, Referrals and building higher levels of Galactic Cybernets.
You can receive a bonus to culture from Referrals.
